ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEYS

A lender, title company or land developer may require an ALTA (American Land Title Association)/ACSM (American Congress on Surveying & Mapping) Land Title Survey. The most recent adoption of these requirements is the 2005 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and Classifications. In a commercial transaction PRAIRIE LAND SURVEYING can perform a survey, which meets the ALTA/ACSM Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for a land title survey and the selected Table A Options. The detail requirements and Table A options will provide you with an accurate boundary, survey improvements, encroachments, utilities, easements and disclosed exceptions to the title commitment.
